- The broad goal of teaching Anatomy is to prepare students with the basic knowledge of structure and its correlation with function, growth and development of the human body and to apply the knowledge in clinical practice.

Mortuary which offers embalming facilities to the public at subsidized rates.
Achievements
Successful implementation of body donation programme since 2008. A total of 117 people have pledged their bodies. Awareness about body donation has increased exponentially over the last five years.
