• Nitte Deemed to be University has launched the multidisciplinary Master’s program in Hospital Administration & Health Systems Management (MHAHSM) in the academic year 2020-2021. The MHAHSM is a four-semester (2 year) Work Integrated Learning Programme for students aspiring for a career in the rapidly growing healthcare administration and management industry. The program helps the students transform to industry leaders with good knowledge of planning, directing, and coordination of health-related services including clinics, hospitals, health organizations, nursing homes, health insurance companies, and other health agencies.
  
  The aspiring professions get a first- hand practical exposure in the K S Hegde Medical College Hospital through postings and internship in the various departments of the hospital and under the guidance of multidisciplinary experts. This program is intended to give an immersive professional experience and to acquire competence in the management of the hospital, hospital networks and health systems.
